I realized recently I forgot to include two books in the post that the Professors and I really enjoyed.
Whose Garden Is It?

I personally enjoyed Whose Garden Is It? the most. I even found lesson plans and printables online that I hope to take advantage of come spring when things are in bloom again, insha' Allah. I plan to re add both books to our next Library trip.
